Job Title: Junior Recruiter

Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media and networking to identify and attract potential candidates.
Assist in creating and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Screening and Interviewing:
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates suitability for specific roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Collect and organize candidate feedback to facilitate the decisionmaking process.
Job Postings and Advertisement:
Draft compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
Work with the marketing team to develop engaging recruitment advertisements.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance in the recruitment process including organizing candidate data scheduling interviews and maintaining recruitment files.
Assist in the preparation of offer letters contracts and other related documents.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience by promptly responding to inquiries and providing clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
Gather feedback from candidates to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with hiring managers and other team members to understand departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing recruitment activities and provide updates on progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Previous experience in recruitment HR or related roles is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
