Press Brake Operator - JN 912

• Set up operate and program press brake machines to bend fold and shape sheet metal according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  
• Read and interpret technical drawings and production orders.
  
• Select appropriate tooling and set up the press brake for each job.
  
• Input programs and adjust machine parameters using the press brake controller.
  
• Monitor machine operations to ensure the quality and accuracy of produced parts.
  
• Inspect finished products to verify conformance with specifications.
  
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of press brake machines
  

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience as a Press Brake Operator in the sheet metal industry.
  
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  
• Strong knowledge of press brake machine setup operation and programming.
  
• Ability to program (BEND CAM) and adjust press brake machines using the controller interface.
  
• Basic CAD training and familiarity with CAD software.
  
• Excellent mathematical skills and understanding of measurements and dimensions.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce highquality work.
  
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
