Your role as a Data Analyst will be integral to their success. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance youll be responsible for analyzing and visualizing their extensive CRM and financial data providing clear datadriven insights to drive optimal decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and advise on CRM data and data capture processes
• Translate business objectives into analysis and visualization using CRM data
• Create dashboards and reports tailored to each departments needs
• Suggest new solutions and options for data analysis to enhance decisionmaking

Essential Experience and Attributes:

• Advanced knowledge and experience in Google Sheets Google Data Studio and/or Excel
• Exceptional understanding of data warehousing concepts data modelling and CRM systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a nontechnical audience

Desirable Experience:

• Experience with SugarCRM data management
• Knowledge of GDPR requirements in relation to data management
• Analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with query languages such as Google Visualization API Query Language or SQL
