Job Title: Payroll Delivery Project Manager

Job Location:


Continental USA Remote with travel to client sites on occasion


Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Payroll Delivery Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of payroll projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading multiple payroll projects and possess expertise in GlobalView and/or Oracle Fusion Payroll systems. The Payroll Delivery Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of payroll services coordinating with crossfunctional teams and managing project timelines and budgets.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Lead endtoend payroll project implementations including scoping planning execution monitoring and closure.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives scope and deliverables.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations.

Manage project budgets ensuring adherence to financial constraints and identifying costsaving opportunities.

Coordinate with internal and external teams including HR finance IT vendors and consultants to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project issues and obstacles.

Communicate project status updates risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management regularly.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the payroll project lifecycle.

Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives to enhance payroll delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to project team members fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.



Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

Experience managing payroll projects with a focus on GlobalView and/or Oracle Fusion Payroll systems.

Proven track record of successfully leading multiple payroll projects from initiation to completion within budget and timeline constraints.

Minimum Education:


Bachelor s or higher degree in Business Administration Human Resources Finance or related field.
