• As a Telemarketing Representative your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers over the phone to promote and sell products or services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing sales or customer service role preferred.
  
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  
• Persuasive and goaloriented with a focus on closing sales.
  
• Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
