Overview:
ITBM Group a globally renowned provider of highquality products and support services to government and commercial clients is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team in Bucharest Romania as a FullTime Recruiter and Operations Assistant. This role will be pivotal in supporting both the recruitment efforts and daytoday operations of the company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Location: Constanta Romania

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process providing updates and gathering feedback.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source and attract qualified candidates.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires including paperwork completion and orientation assistance.

Operations:
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team including managing calendars scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of operational documentation such as standard operating procedures and training materials.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries directing them to the appropriate team members as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the operations function.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in recruiting or HR administration is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
