JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Breakdown Maintenance

• Attending Equipment Breakdown & restoration
• Happened cases Why Why analysis Root cause analysis.
• Planning & execution of countermeasures on happened breakdowns.
• Horizontal deployment of happened cases countermeasures on same / similar equipment / stages.
• Maintaining equipment wise breakdown history.
• MTTR Kaizens for time consuming Breakdown.
• MP point generation
• Achieve & sustain zero breakdown.

2.Preventive Maintenance

• Preparation & execution of PM check sheet & schedule for Production / peripheral equipment.
• PM check sheet with Inspection & repair Time based Maintenance Condition based maintenance points.
• Recording equipmentwise abnormalities.
• Planning & execution of PM abnormality restoration
• Planning & execution of countermeasures on PM abnormalities.
• Horizontal deployment of PM abnormality countermeasures on same / similar equipment / stages.
• Planning & execution of life enhancement Kaizen.
• Identifying equipment for corrective maintenance
• MP point generation

3.Corrective Maintenance

• Deciding & finalizing scope of corrective maintenance
• Planning & execution of corrective maintenance.
• Upgradation of obsolete controllers / PLC.
• Cockpit concept
• MP Point generation

4.Spare part planning

• Able to understand m/c drawings.
• Identify consumable & insurance spares.
• Maintain minimum spare inventory.
• Kaizens on cost reduction & life enhancement

5.Exposure / Hands on Experience Technical like DC Tools Slat Conveyor ARP Brake oil filling m/c Automation in Assembly & Paint Shop CNG / LPG Dispensers Petrol / Diesel / Oil dispenser Smart Manufacturing IOT Machine Learning (ML) Artificial Intelligence (AI) etc.

6.Exposure / Experience Systems like TPM QMS ISO 9001: 2015 IMS (ISO 14001:2015 ISO 45001:2018) SAP (PRD module) Handling of AMC contracts
