MIS Manager
Location: Infopark Kakkanad Kochi
Experience: Proven experience (4 years) in MIS management
Utilize advanced Excel functions including Vlookup Hlookup Pivot Tables and Sumif to analyze data and generate reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to support operational and strategic decisionmaking.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions including Vlookup Hlookup Pivot Tables and Sumif to analyze data and generate reports.
- Collaborate closely with BPO Head and Team Leads to understand business requirements and ensure accurate reporting.
- Design and implement data collection systems and strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality.
- Generate periodic reports and dashboards to provide insights into operational metrics and performance indicators.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation procedures.
- Train and support team members on MIS tools and processes to enhance data utilization across the organization.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements in MIS to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience (4 years) in MIS management preferably in a BPO or similar environment.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other MIS tools with a strong understanding of data analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Certification in MIS or related fields would be an advantage.
