Technical Skills:
Python Proficiency Mastery of Python language including knowledge of Python 3 features and best practices.
Web Frameworks: Expertise in using Python web frameworks such as Flask for backend development.
Design Patterns: Knowledge of software design patterns such as Singleton Factory and Observer patterns to facilitate clean and maintainable code.

API Development: Proven ability to design and develop RESTful APIs with a focus on creating clean well documented and efficient endpoints.

Database Management: Experience in working with databases including database design querying andoptimization. Proficiency in using databases like PostgreSQL MySQL or NoSQL solutions.
ORM (ObjectRelational Mapping): Familiarity with ORM libraries such as SQLAlchemy for seamless interaction with databases.
Version Control Systems: Proficiency in using Git for code versioning branching and collaboration.
Security: Indepth knowledge of application security principles including data encryption authentication and protection against common web application vulnerabilities.
Performance Optimization: Proven track record of optimizing code and databases for high performance and scalability.
Unit Testing: Experience in writing unit tests for code to ensure reliability and maintainability.
CI/CD: Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices and tools to automate the development pipeline.
DevOps Principles: Knowledge of DevOps practices including containerization (e.g. Docker) and container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes).
Microservices: Familiarity with microservices architecture and the ability to design and implement microservices in an application.
Good to have:
Familiarity with systems like RabbitMQ Kafka Redis to support asynchronous communication in applications.
