We are actively seeking a talented Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE. In this role youll take the reins of functional and technical architecture driving forward marketing sales and service processes for the esteemed clientele. As the cornerstone of their service delivery model youll serve as the technical visionary for your designated portfolio leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and related processes to craft innovative solutions.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of cuttingedge solutions for marketing sales and service processes.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and anticipate customer requirements.
• Develop functional design documents and statements of work guiding projects from inception to delivery.
• Facilitate customer workshops to gather insights and refine project objectives.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a Solution Architect & Technical Consultant with extensive experience in Dynamics D365 CE.
• Deep understanding of marketing sales service and field service processes.
• Background in consulting adept at translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• Certification or relevant training in business IT or software engineering.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies including Scrum and tools like DevOps and JIRA.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
• Exceptional attention to detail customercentric mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites balanced with a desire for worklife balance.
