Appliance Repair Technician for Dallas-based company

We are looking for an individual that has three plus years of experience repairing and providing maintenance on residential brands combined with bestinclass customer service. This position is right for you if you are selfmotivated have a knack for troubleshooting and can manage time to meet deadlines effectively. Ideally you have proven communication skills with supervisors employees and customers.

Because we primarily work on luxury brands such as SubZero Wolf Cove and ASKO we work with high level customers. We only hire professional well spoken customer servicesoriented technicians. Our pay benefits and work environment compensate for that.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Take calls / do service
  

• And be the lead Technician / supervisor
  

• Accurately diagnose and repair a variety of different residential appliances in the customers home
  

• Utilize time management to schedule their calls in a timely manner so that all daily assigned calls can be completed
  

• Be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing to customers an estimate of the repair with an explanation of the problem
  

• Complete invoices daily route sheets and weekly reports as required
  

• Keep up with preventative maintenance registration and overall appearance of the company vehicle
  

• Obey all state and local traffic laws
  

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers management and the general public
  

• Maintain regular and consistent and professional attendance punctuality personal appearance and adhere to the companys policies and relevant health and safety procedures
  

• Perform other duties as needed which may include crosstraining in related positions
  

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role (3 years)
  

• High school graduate or equivalent
  

• Valid Drivers License with a clean record
  

• Must be at least 18 years of age
  

• Proficiency to navigate tabletbased technology
  

• The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances
  

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
