Job Description
Python Support Engineer
Location : Dallas TX
6 Months Contract
Note: this is 100% onsite role (5 days a week)
Must have Python Support experience
Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve support issues for internal stakeholders and clients.
Work closely with the engineering team to resolve these issues.
Create doentation/runbooks and code snippets to share with clients and internal engineering teams.
Must Haves:
Comfortable coding in Python debugging API calls writing snippets for clients creating scripts for debug tooling.
Basic knowledge of UI and API Integration
Able to clearly communicate with clients and stakeholders
Nice to Haves:
Some coding experience in Java
Past experience or Keen to learn about financial markets
