Required Sales Manager FMCG INDUSTRY
Location: SURAT Gujarat India

Salary 15k to 35k Max
Must have 15 years of experience in Sales management within the FMCG industry.
Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in the food or agricultural products industry.
Responsibility Area
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Set sales goals and objectives for the team and create action plans to achieve them.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Recruit train and onboard new sales team members as needed.
- Provide coaching mentoring and performance feedback to ensure the teams success.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients and partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts and handle negotiations.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Operations and Reporting:
- Oversee sales operations including pricing contracts and order management.
- Monitor sales performance metrics track progress against targets and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to optimize sales processes.
