Roles and Responsibilities
Research Source Screen Interview and Shortlist internal and external candidates for a wide range of roles at differing organisational levels.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to get an understanding about the open positions.
Build a strong network of top talent gain market intelligence and assess candidates to gauge alignment for a specific role or functional area.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Maintain and update the interview process tracker actively.
Have a welldeveloped network of candidates and/or the skills to build the network quickly and comprehensively.
Desired Candidate Profile
5years experience of endtoend recruitment life cycle with a strong emphasis in technology/productbased recruitment.
Have deep understanding of the complete recruiting function including research sourcing networking behaviourbased interviewing and closing.
Strong internet recruiting social networking and technology/database searching/mining skills required.
Ability to identify and resolve issues independently to take initiative sense of accountability and sound personal judgment.
Ability to execute recruitment strategy keeping a strong bar for candidate experience diversity sourcing and interview processes.
Experience in using metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
Awareness on salary bench marking in India. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
