Project planning and resource management

Manage the commercial aspects of the programs and assume full ownership and accountability of the same. Ensure cost optimization while maintaining the quality operations

Ensure that the periodic reviews and performance management systems (daily weekly monthly quarterly annual) are maintained and managed and corrective actions taken as required.

Management of all stakeholders internal and external. Manage and resolve internal and external conflicts.

Accountable for continuous improvement by way of process and technology intervention

Requirements

Project Management certification in either Prince2 or APMP. PMP can be also considered

Experience of working on Managed Services projects / programs

Strong decisionmaking skills with an analytical mindset

Planning and organizational skills

Excellent communications skills

Proven ability to work under pressure and with diverse teams

Excellent time management skills
