Recruiter

Due to expansion we are in search of a Recruiter who will help rapidly grow our team.

Major Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards social media platforms professional networks and referrals to identify potential candidates
• Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications conduct initial screenings and assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborative Hiring: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Applicant Tracking and Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Employer Branding: Contribute to the enhancement of the companys employer brand by effectively communicating its values culture and opportunities to potential candidates.

Requirements:

• Strong English language skills (C1) written and verbal for effective communication.
• 2 years of experience in Recruitment
• Experience in international hiring
• Perfect communication skills
