ServiceNow Lead Developer System Administrator

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ServiceNow development customization and configuration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement ServiceNow modules workflows and web services integrations.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports dashboards and analytics.
• Provide technical expertise in the identification evaluation and development of ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage ServiceNow instance performance security and availability.
• Participate in the review and analysis of business processes and application integrations.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and standards.
• Train and support ServiceNow end users and administrators.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Expertise in JavaScript HTML CSS and other web technologies.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
• Proven experience in developing ServiceNow custom applications and integrations.
• Ability to analyze diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrade and patching processes.
• Knowledge of database management and SQL queries.
