What you will do:

• Oversee comprehensive financials including balance sheet income statement cash flow and KPIs. Ensure accuracy in IFRS closings and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate and enhance management reporting processes ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Manage foreign exchange calculations and risks for optimal financial performance.
• Conduct detailed analyses as needed to support strategic decisions.
• Serve as a power user for the Tagetik consolidation system driving system efficiency and user support.
• Spearhead budgeting and midterm planning including tool management and presentation responsibilities within the Trading & Sales area.
• Lead and support projects aimed at financial system improvements (e.g. SAP S4 cash flow forecasting) with a focus on process optimization.
• Utilize expertise in Power BI Excel/VBA SQL and SAP to drive technological advancements and efficiencies.
• Act as a key advisor to management fostering crossdepartment collaboration and supporting decisionmaking with financial insights.

What you bring & who you are:

• first experience in financial reporting budgeting forecasting and closing processes as well asstrategic financial planning.
  
• Mastery in Power BI and ability to create dashboards and understand data models is essential.
• adequate degree in Business Administration or equivalent masters degree in a financial field is a plus
• Chartered Expertise in Financial and Managerial Accounting and Reporting is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP and Tagetik is an advantage.
• Skilled at analysis and equipped with strong communication abilities.
• You have a positive attitude towards change are resultsdriven and can navigate an international multidisciplinary and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English German is an advantage.
