• Candidate Engagement Providing a professional experience to the candidate from the first call to the candidate up to joining.
  
• Team Management
  
• Training freshers
  
• Closing positions and ensure quality hiring within TAT.
  

Skills and Experience:

• 35 years of experience in recruitment specialized in US IT Recruitment
  
• Experience in Team Handling
  
• Experience in training freshers
  
• Good understanding of US Tax terms
  
• Expert in recruitment full life cycle
  
• Familiarity in JobPosting and managing portals like Dice Monster social networking sites.
  
• Excellent Fluent English is a must Proven written and verbal communications.
  
• Competitive energetic and selfmotivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
  
• Must be target oriented
  
• Candidates are preferred who have the experience in working on W2 .
