Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will have 34 years of experience in human resources preferably in the manufacturing industry and will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to employees and management.
Requirements

4) MIS report & Contract Management

Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings resume screening scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding processes including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating employee training programs.
- Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance management.
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records including personnel files HRIS data entry and payroll information.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events to promote a positive work culture and foster employee morale.
- Assist with HR reporting and analysis including preparing HR metrics and reports for management review.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HRrelated matters including policies procedures and benefits.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
