Associate Director- Taxation Consulting

• Lead and oversee the taxation consulting team providing mentorship and guidance to achieve departmental goals
• Must be an active contributor in developing new clients promoting growth in the practice.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes
• Provide expert advice on international and domestic tax matters transfer pricing and tax implications of business transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique tax challenges and formulate tailored solutions.
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Manage client relationships addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to support clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and review tax returns provision calculations and other taxrelated documents.
• Lead tax controversy resolution efforts including representing clients in dealings with tax authorities.
• Participate in business development activities including proposal development and client presentations.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the taxation consulting practice.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics and financial targets for the department.
• Ensure adherence to professional standards ethics and quality in all client engagements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.

• Chartered Accountant with 10 years of strong Direct & Corporate Taxation experience within the consulting environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing highperforming teams.
• Indepth knowledge of tax laws regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong client management skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities to address complex tax issues.
• Project management expertise including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple engagements.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate complex tax strategies to diverse audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proven track record in driving business growth and contributing to the success of the taxation consulting practice.
• Thorough understanding of financial and accounting principles related to tax planning and compliance.
• Experience with tax technology tools and software applications for efficient tax management.
