Requirements:
- 1 year of Customer Support experience;
- Fluent Arabic and English languages (written and spoken) are mandatory;
- Excellent analytical thinking and problemsolving skills;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and proactive mindset;
- Able to work independently.
About the position:
- Handling more complex client issues escalated by the CS team;
- Closely collaborating with the Risk and Underwriting departments in onboarding new distributors by following strict KYC process and procedures;
- Escalating to vendors/ other teams and leading the communication until the issues related to client accounts are resolved;
- Creating daily reports assisting VIP clients with their CRM accounts and handling client feedback on different platforms;
- Assisting in the training and mentoring of new CS agents.
