Sales Support (Enterprise Team)
The Sales Support role will be an integral part of the Enterprise Team responsible for engaging multiple enterprises ranging from MSMEs to SMEs to facilitate their journey towards digital transformation. The primary focus will be on maintaining accurate data tracking of client sales journeys and managing applications for government grants on behalf of clients
Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions sales stages and progress in the sales journey using hubspot and powerbi.

Sales Journey Tracking:
- Track and monitor the progress of clients through various stages of the sales journey including proposal submission negotiation and contract signing.
- Generate reports and analytics on sales pipeline conversion rates and other relevant metrics to support decisionmaking by the sales team.

Government Grants Management:
- Manage the application process for government grants on behalf of clients including gathering necessary documentation completing application forms and submitting applications within specified deadlines.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

Experience:
- Prior experience in sales support or administrative roles preferred.
- Familiarity with hubspot software and data management tools is desirable.
- Experience in managing government grant applications or similar administrative processes such as compliance is a plus.

Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proactive problemsolving skills and a positive cando attitude towards challenges.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
