Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tenant relations and address their requests and concerns
• Oversee property maintenance and repairs
• Ensure vacancies are filled promptly and efficiently
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Implement and enforce lease agreements
• Manage property budgets and financial activities
• Coordinate with vendors contractors and property owners
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Develop and implement property marketing strategies
• Stay updated on local property regulations and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in property management
• Knowledge of landlordtenant law and leasing practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in property management software
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Financial acumen and budget management skills
• Problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Valid Real Estate license
• Familiarity with property maintenance and construction
