Develop and maintain a CRM or contact management database.
Maintain a detailed pipeline of prospects and conduct followup calls and activities as needed.
Prepare and present bimonthly synopses of prospect activity.
Manage company profile and portfolio with software and business partners.
Schedule regular meetings and track progress with software partners/business partners account managers through collaboration in marketing and networking events enhancing partnership benefits.
Manage company BD user profile on LinkedIn and network.
Prepare quarterly roadmaps to increase footfall inquiries and engagement on the website company partner profiles and public platforms.
Track and follow up on quarterly targets.
Manage CRM tool with accurate and timely data and lead status updates.
Screen and qualify new prospects track lead generation engagement and conversion ratio on a monthly basis.
Coordinate and schedule sales/prospect meetings as required.
Maintain a calendar of calls and meetings for the Partnership Manager and CEO.
Prepare proposal templates and mail proposals.
Maintain the pipeline to track all delivered proposals and their status.
Follow up on delivered proposals as assigned.
Track and report on reasons for lost proposals.
Coordinate and manage the fulfillment of engagements after a sale is closed including setting up clients in the firms billing system and coordinating with billing.
Prepare and coordinate correspondence and mailings.
Place followup calls on marketing and sales literature mailed out; report to the Partnership Manager MD and CEO.
Marketing Campaigns & Activities Responsibilities:
Coordinate marketing activities including direct mail campaigns trade shows seminars speaking engagements press releases and advertising.
Maintain inventory of promotional materials such as brochures flyers and giveaways.
Coordinate the mailing and distribution of promotional materials.
Manage external vendors including content writers designers printers mailing houses and marketing agencies.
Maintain the firms marketing calendar tracking the progress budget status and results of each marketing campaign.
Ensure the firms website information is current and accessible.
Write collateral materials such as manager and partner bios PDF flyers and other materials as necessary with the assistance of outside vendors when appropriate.
Own schedule and write recaps for monthly marketing meetings.
