EllBee Hotels is seeking a highly organized and customerfocused Reservations Executive to join our team in our corporate office. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests and clients booking reservations for our hotels.
Responsibilities:
- Secure reservations for individual guests and corporate clients via phone email and online booking platforms.
- Process reservation requests efficiently and accurately ensuring all guest information and preferences are captured.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding rates availability hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Upsell room upgrades packages and additional services to maximize revenue.
- Manage cancellations and modifications to existing reservations according to hotel policies.
- Generate reports on reservations activity and occupancy rates.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Front Office to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 34 years of experience in hotel reservations or a related customer service role.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Minimum of a Master's degree in Commerce (MCom) or CA Inter qualification. Age 30 or above. Proven experience in an accounting or auditing role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, tax regulations, and reporting standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
