As a Customer Success Executive you will work closely with our Customer Success Team Manager to deliver exceptional service to our clients across Europe. Youll have the opportunity to build strong relationships understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to drive success.

Responsibilities include:

• Onboarding new customers

• Nurturing existing customers

• Providing personalised support and guidance to customers

• Proactively engaging with customers to understand their objectives and challenges

  
  

Essential Skills:

• Experience in sales with a scientific background

• Enjoys interacting with customers on a regular basis mainly via video calls

• A passion for customer success and a dedication to delivering outstanding service

• Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions

• Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills

Desirable Skills:

• Undergraduate degree in a science discipline

• Experience working within the life science industry or pharmaceutical industry
