Configuration Analyst

As a Configuration Analyst at client HealthProof this is your opportunity to

• Drive customer conversations to define the requirements and overall technical solutions for data and related applications
• Experienced in HealthRules Payer Configuration & Designer tools
• Experienced in solution designing and configuring
• Must have experience in at least two modules of HealthRules Payor (i.e. Benefits Pricing Claims)
• Able to do review of configurations done by other resources from Client
• Create technical solution artifacts work products and presentation of solution with the customer
• Review functional and technical requirements raising potential issues and participating actively in design discussions
• Collaborating with Customers and Product Marketing / Management teams to identify opportunities that can be exploited through great software features. Work closely with Product Owners Scrum Masters Senior Business Analysts and other client stakeholders
• Working as a member of a design build and test agile team continuously releasing new features
• Must be ready to take on additional roles and responsibilities to drive towards becoming a Configuration Lead
• Assist other team members with complex issues related to their field of expertise
• Mentoring / Coaching Client technical team on HealthRules configuration
