HR Executive with Learning and Development Experience

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive with a strong background in Learning and Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in all HR functions with a specific focus on designing implementing and managing learning and development programs to support the growth and development of our employees.

Vertoz has developed inhouse fullstack Madtech Products and acquired various components to complement them.
What you will do:
HR Functions:
Participate in onboarding activities for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Maintain employee records and HR databases ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Support performance management processes including goal setting performance evaluations and development planning.
Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies procedures and benefits.
Assist in employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Learning and Development:
Design develop and implement training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training priorities across different departments.
Collaborate with department heads and managers to create tailored training plans aligned with organizational goals.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback assessments and metrics analysis making adjustments as necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve training programs.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Organizational Psychology Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience working in HR roles with a focus on learning and development preferred.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and learning management systems (LMS).
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
