REGENESIS is the worlds leader in the development of production and environmental restoration products. Our Gallatin TN facility is expanding and has an opening for a Millwright Assistant to support millwrights in the installation maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment in industrial settings. The ideal candidate will assist in troubleshooting issues performing routine maintenance tasks and contributing to the overall efficiency of the operation. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about mechanical systems and seeking handson experience in the industrial sector. The Millwright Assistant will have the chance to learn and grow within a dynamic team while contributing to the smooth operation of machinery and equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist millwrights in the assembly installation and disassembly of machinery and equipment.
  
• Aid in the maintenance and repair of industrial machinery by performing scheduled inspections and routine tasks.
  
• Carry out basic mechanical repairs and adjustments under the guidance of experienced millwrights.
  
• Handle tools equipment and materials required for various tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
  
• Help with the movement and positioning of heavy machinery using appropriate tools and techniques.
  
• Support in the identification and troubleshooting of mechanical issues to ensure timely resolution.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
  
• Learn and adhere to company policies procedures and safety regulations related to machinery and equipment.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical or technical field is a plus.
  
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and machinery.
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and perform tasks in a physically demanding environment.
  
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills related to millwright work.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
  
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and follow instructions accurately.
  
• Prior experience in a related field or familiarity with industrial machinery is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay/Benefits:

This position will be within the range of $25.00 $30.00/hour plus overtime based on experience. The work environment will be primarily within the manufacturing facility and warehouse.
