Registered Nurse - Corrections - Unlimited Shifts

• Adhere to the dress code while working at various clinic locations.
  
• Display and wear the appropriate badge visibly on the upper body while on duty.
  
• Carry and maintain CPR macro shield mouthpiece while on duty.
  
• Arrive punctually at scheduled clinic locations and be prepared to work.
  
• Be flexible to float across all clinic locations as needed unless specialized skills are required.
  
• Follow all policies procedures and security regulations.
  
• Provide healthcare services within scope of practice following applicable guidelines statutes standards and regulations.
  
• Uphold the code of ethics associated with clinical specialty license or certification.
  
• Comply with client policies and procedures acting as a patient advocate to preserve autonomy confidentiality and dignity.
  Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation in EMR system.
• Maintain a minimum requirement of 4 shifts within a 28day period.
  

Requirements

• Minimum requirement of 4 shifts within a 28day period.
  
• Copy of current valid unrestricted license as an RN issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing OR issued by a participating Compact State.
  
• Copy of current completed PSV from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing obtained via the following link: Nursys.
  
• Copy of current completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators.
  
• Minimum one year of past work experience as an RN
  
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional conduct.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Compliance with all federal and state laws governing healthcare practice.
  
• Proficiency in EMR systems preferred.
  
• Willingness to undergo any additional training as required by client or client policies
