As a Human Resources Expert you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include but not limited the below:
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Hiring:
- Ensure culturefit hires within set timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate interviews and engage candidates effectively.
- KPI: Successful internal hiring outcomes.
Onboarding:
- Create email IDs for new employees.
- Ensure proper group additions.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and transition.
- Update LinkedIn profiles and encourage reviews.
- KPI: Seamless onboarding process and positive employee feedback.
Performance Management:
- Establish Clear Organizational Goals and Objectives
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Background Verification (BGV) Coordination:
- Collect all required documents from candidates post final selection.
- Initiate background verification processes.
- Follow up and ensure timely completion of interim and final reports.

Documentation:
- Prepare and release singlepage offer letters.
- Collect all necessary documents.
- Prepare and release detailed offer letters.

TimeOffice Management:
- Collect biometric reports.
- Prepare and share monthly statistics.
- KPI: Monthly analysis and timely sharing of biometric report insights.
Other Administrative Activities:
- Coordinate with RAD team to ensure proper infrastructure facilities.
- Coordinate team dinners and other activities.
- Coordinate timely delivery of monthly snacks.
- KPI: Facilitate the team with the best infrastructure.
Finance/Accounting:
- Coordinate with the accounting team.
- Accounts payable (AP) coordination.
- Accounts receivable (AR) followups.
- TDS GST and PT payments.
- Validate and process reimbursements.
- KPI: Efficient financial process management.
Legal:
- Coordinate with legal firms
- Organize legal documents.
- Search for additional legal firms.
- Manage upcoming legal tasks.
- KPI: Effective legal coordination and documentation.
Payroll:
- Ensure readiness of payroll details by the end of each month.
- Calculate attendance loss of pay (LOPs) and incentives.
- Process employee referral amounts.
- Deduct and file TDS and PT properly.
- Address employee grievances related to payroll.
- KPI: Accurate and timely payroll processing.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience.
- Arrange hospitality amenities.
- Send surveys and maintain a rating of 4.
- Conduct timely touchpoints with onboarding candidates.
- KPI: Excellent candidate experience and feedback.
Audit:
- Initiate monthly audits.
- Share audit reports promptly.
- KPI: Timely completion and sharing of audit reports.
Health Insurance:
- Gather insurance quotations.
- Negotiate and finalize proposals.
- Manage monthly additions/deletions.
- Follow up on insurance claims.
- KPI: Efficient health insurance management.
Job Boards:
- Share job board inventory.
- Negotiate and finalize proposals.
- Ensure quality service provision.
- Serve as a point of contact with job board representatives.
- KPI: Effective management of job board partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience in HR coordination or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
