Job Description: Recruiter at Samsung C&T Corporation

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle recruiting process for one opening within the company
• Source and attract top talent through various recruiting channels
• Screen candidates conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to make hiring decisions
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs campus recruitment and other recruitment events
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the recruitment system

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Previous experience recruiting for a diverse range of roles and levels

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for this position is annual and will be provided in Reais (R$). The maximum experience required for this role is 3 years.
