School Reprographics and First Aid Officer

Priority Hired are hiring for a School Reprographics and First Aid Officer

Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm, 6-9 months maternity cover
Duties:

• Develop and produce high quality resource materials to support staff across the academy.
• Operate and maintain reprographic equipment, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
• Ensure reprographics equipment is in good, working order and materials are appropriately stocked.
• Provide first aid support to students, seeking extra support when required.
• Maintain accurate records of first aid incidents.
• Assist with health assessment, immunisation and health promotion programmes.
• Report any safeguarding concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Officer.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in reprographics and/or first aid.
• Previous experience of running effective administrative systems, preferably in a school environment.
• Must hold a current and in date first aid certificate, ideally for children.
• Experience of data entry into databases and other IT systems.
• Excellent communication, writing and editing skills.
• Good level of IT skills.
