Your job responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Administer compensation and benefit plans • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise • Maintain employee files and records • Ensure compliance with labor regulations Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or diploma. • Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. • Good knowledge of Qatar employment/labor laws. • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational skills • Candidates must be available in Qatar to join immediately. Preferred under Family/Husband sponsor. • Bilingual is a must - English and Arabic speaker. • Female only. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 months
