About Role
In this role you will lead and manage the HR Business Partnering Team for a dynamic and diverse division, overseeing strategic HR initiatives for a workforce of over 5000 employees. You will provide Executive Management and Line Managers across the dedicated business areas with strategic services.
Role and responsibilities
• Lead HR Strategy Development: Drive the HR Business Partnering strategy for Qatar Airways Group, ensuring alignment with the overall HR plan and business goals.
• Develop and Implement SOPs: Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures for HR Business Partnering activities, focusing on continuous improvement and policy updates to keep pace with the evolving business landscape.
