Techno-functional Business Analyst

Position: technofunctional Business Analyst

Location : Remote should work EST time

Must Haves:

Analyze complex business problems

Technofunctional and provide techno functional solutions

Strong and Seasoned collaboration skills to work with internal and external technical resources business partners product managers architect developers quality testers and application support teams project/program managers other stakeholders

Translates business needs into actionable requirements by capturing enough information to define a solution and drive clarity

Both functional and solution analysis and light design for the Salesforce platform and related technical areas

Plans and manages small to large size projects in coordination with technical and business teams and can work more than 1 project at a time

Partner with internal customers to craft requirements and ensure alignment with business/technology strategy and planned initiatives

Agile/PI Planning

Can do demos/presentation to all stakeholders and upperlevel management

Ability to think outside the box

Ability to break down scope features capabilities into smaller chunks

Drive the planning prioritization design development and deployment of new projects & system improvements.

Responsible for understanding business requirements creating/grooming user stories to deliver a solution and a plan.

Participate in the gotomarket and launch processes (ConcepttoDelivery) Requirement Gathering/Design & Build/Execution/Testing SITUAT/Production Readiness/GoLive

Leverage business knowledge and technical expertise to find opportunities for process improvements; serve as a trusted technofunctional advisor for business users
