As an Business Analyst you will be a working on statistical deliverables in clinical trials and Product requirement Gathering

Requirement:

• BioTech / Pharmaceutical industry system experience or understand the industry experience with clinical trials & data management
• Knowledge of statistical deliverables in clinical trials like SDTM and ADaM Datasets Statistical analysis Plan (SAP) TOC Tables Listings and Figures (TLF) Shells and Specs
• Strong experience in Product requirement Gathering and Backlog management
• Responsible for Understanding the Customer Business (BRD) and Converting into Technical Requirement document. Should develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRD process flow and training materials documentations adhering to the organization template standard.
• Single point contact between the technology and operations team to receive and process a change request and implement the same.
• Ability to establish strong working relationships with business & other stakeholders
• Effective communication skills
• Should have a great understanding of Agile processes and should be efficient in Agile tools like Jira.

Skillsets (Nice to Have) :

• Experience in SQL Language
• Knowledge of SAS

Educational Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
