Leasing Director Mall

Job Responsibilities

Approve and oversee licensing administration, including applications process, waiting list maintenance, Mall walk-throughs and allocations, license agreement/renewal execution, oversee and approve exit and entry coordination.

Maximise business opportunities by negotiating with brands, leading the leasing team, consultants and managing the mall leasing program and initiatives to continually improve the performance and positioning of the organization.

Maximise leasing opportunities to achieve/exceed revenue goals.

Nurtures and maintains positive relationships with tenants and retailers to support and promote loyalty to the Mall.
