Team Lead Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead all the Green Building projects in Western Region from front.
Guide the team and regularly monitor the progress with team at Mumbai Pune and Gandhinagar for all the ongoing green projects.
Analyse the challenges in execution of this project and take proactive steps or strategies to bring all the projects under control.
Ensure timely delivery of all the deliverables for Green Building Certification.
Lead the coordination with internal Energy Modelling and TPC Team
Research and present green building strategies. Present analysis to clients and design teams
Prepare reports and presentations that communicate green building performance results
Lead the Liaising with Green Building certification Councils on Green building projects
Support in the development and delivery of education and training programs for building professionals
Assist with various aspects of company operations

Requirements
Essential:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Civil Mechanical Electrical or Environmental Engineering from an accredited University
More than relevant and actual 5 years experience in Green buildings.
Familiarity with design and construction terms techniques and process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills strong attention to detail and ability to organize prioritize and multitask.
Experienced with MS Office AutoCAD
LEED AP or IGBC AP
More than relevant and actual 5 years experience in Green buildings.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills strong attention to detail and ability to organize prioritize and multitask.
