Project Manager: Strong experience working in Telco domain projects and facilitates team progress to deliverables by helping teams focus on delivering value aligned to the daily, iteration and PI goals including scope, inter-dependencies and time commitments.
Coaches the Dev Team on empowerment/self-organization and problem solving and lean agile practices.
Work with Product Owners, Solution Architect and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment balancing team dynamics to priorities and scope.
