Key Responsibilities:
- This will be abusy telephone role where most of ourcustomers will call into speak to you todiscuss their complaint.
- The main part of this role is dealing with customers who have purchased a vehicle from First Response and they are unhappy with the quality of it.You will need to answer their queries and log new complaints whilst proactively contacting customers to provide them with updates.
- You will also support the investigations team to communicate a decision on a complaint with the customer.
