As they continue to push the boundaries of possibility they are seeking a (Senior) IM & ECM Business Consultant. Your role will be pivotal in driving the implementation of strategic goals and fortifying their position as industry trailblazers.

Tasks

What will you be doing Heres a glimpse:

• Championing major customer sales channels crafting comprehensive solutions in the information management sphere encompassing software services and processes.
• Providing endtoend consultation to clients guiding them from acquisition through project delivery.
• Catalyzing change management initiatives among existing clientele.
• Elevating upselling opportunities with both new and established customers.
• Conceptualizing holistic solutions that redefine industry standards.
• Managing the intricate calculation and billing processes for comprehensive solutions.
• Crafting and facilitating engaging customer workshops and presentations.
• Spearheading the development and execution of specialized internal training sessions.

Requirements

What do they seek in you

• A track record of success backed by technical or ITfocused training.
• Business acumen complemented by relevant certifications in process and project management.
• Familiarity with IM software products like MFiles is a definite advantage.
• Extensive experience in IT and IM consultancy particularly in delivering endtoend solutions to major clients.
• A passion for cuttingedge IT innovations.
• A vibrant outgoing demeanor coupled with exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency in German and English with French language skills being a plus.
