Adams Limitless is hired by some of the industries largest and fastest growing residential and commercial developers and builders across North America to help build their elite teams.
The Environmental Estimator will have the technical expertise and competency to take a leading role of the position, contributing to management and planning meetings.
You will attend pre-bid walkthroughs
Prepare quantity take-offs
Break down projects into functional stages and sequencing for the purpose of preparing estimates
Write technical proposals
Prepare bid analysis and reviews
Prepare job costing analysis and reports on completed jobs
Resource subcontractors, materials, consumables and equipment Maintain and foster positive relationships with all staff, management and contacts.
Assist with other adhoc business needs as they are a very collaborative team.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 5 years Environmental and Demolition Industry Estimation experience. Three
(3) of which must be within a Project Manager or Estimator capacity.
Must be competent in estimating earthwork activities, environmental remediation
activities and civil engineering concepts as they relate to environmental remediation, construction and demolition.
Have knowledge of various environmental remediation technologies, including in-situ and ex-situ treatment, vapor intrusion mitigation, and thermal remediation.
Be able to estimate the costs of construction and demolition activities, including material and labor costs, equipment and machinery rentals, and subcontractor fees.
Be skilled in scheduling and managing projects, including developing project timelines, identifying critical path items, and managing resources and budgets.
Be able to calculate take off quantities from construction drawings and specifications to produce accurate estimates of materials and labor costs.
Experience in identifying and managing environmental including hazardous materials and waste management, environmental health.
Software experience in Microsoft Project & Excel Gantt chart creation

Your working hours will be from 8am to 5pm, with some flexibility.
Weekly team meetings and check-ins to be sure you re supported and on track for success.
Reliable transportation to get to and from various job sites and meetings, as required (Vehicle allowance provided)
