Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced DGM/AGM Finance & Accounts to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a leadership role within the accounting field. They will be responsible for handling complete accounting functions independently overseeing the accounts department and managing multicompany accounts and auditors. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing monthly/quarterly/annual closure schedules
- Providing monthly financial statements
- Administering the monthly closing process
- Monitoring and ensuring reclassification and accounting of incorrect or unaccounted entries
- Preparing and explaining weekly profit & loss projections
- Establishing product line profit & loss statements to identify opportunities and risks
- Administering Legal Assignments of company Banks Limits Guarantees Companies Tax and Accounts Assessment
- Enforcing compliance for GST TDS Service Tax VAT and others
- Creating monthend provisions for expenses
- Drafting and presenting weekly and monthly management reports on cost & benefit analysis productivity analysis inventory turnover analysis and cost variance analysis
- Reviewing financial results and undertaking yearonyear and quarterly comparisons of company performance
- Ensuring compliance with applicable policies contracts and regulations
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- A qualified CA
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in accounting leadership roles
- Experience in handling complete accounting functions independently
- Ability to manage the accounts department and multicompany accounts
- Strong knowledge of auditing processes
