Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend recruitment process nationwide ensuring effective sourcing and screening of candidates.
- Conduct virtual and facetoface interviews coordinating with the sales & operations team.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline using various search methods.
- Screen candidates through resume and job application review as well as phone screenings.
- Handle onboarding and new hire process efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest recruiting trends and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the interview and selection process.
- Coordinate closely with Hiring Managers for effective recruitment.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment preferably in the education industry.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing and screening techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
