• Manage endtoend recruitment process nationwide ensuring effective sourcing and screening of candidates.
• Conduct virtual and facetoface interviews coordinating with the sales & operations team.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline using various search methods.
• Screen candidates through resume and job application review as well as phone screenings.
• Handle onboarding and new hire process efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest recruiting trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the interview and selection process.
• Coordinate closely with Hiring Managers for effective recruitment.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment preferably in the education industry.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing and screening techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
