Role:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the companys objectives and market demands.
Provide mentorship coaching and ongoing training to the sales team to enhance their skills product knowledge and sales techniques.
Monitor analyze and track sales performance metrics creating reports and providing actionable insights to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage multiple verticals within the sales team overseeing relationships and strategies catering to Investors NRIs HNIs and UHNIs.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of progressive and relevant experience in sales preferably within the fintech or wealth tech sector.
Proven track record in a leadership role within the fintech or wealth tech industry demonstrating strategic thinking and successful sales team management.
Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on teambuilding motivation and fostering a culture of success.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration both internally and externally.
