As Vice President of Business Development for the Training Vertical at Edspired.Tech you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion and market leadership in the training sector. You will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive business development strategy establishing strategic partnerships and creating a highperforming team to achieve ambitious growth goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Moonshot Mindset: Drive the creation of a franchise expansion model that disrupts the traditional approachreaching unpenetrated markets and exceeding traditional growth projections. Think outside the box!
  • Partner Pioneer: Identify and secure unconventional strategic partnerships (think nontraditional education players tech giants government bodies) that propel Edspired.Tech into uncharted territory.
  • Metrics Maverick: Develop and implement innovative KPIs that go beyond simple numbers measuring brand impact social good and learner transformation. Push the boundaries of what success means in education.
  • Team Catalyst: Build and cultivate a fiercely independent yet cohesive team of business development ninjas.Empower them to take ownership experiment and break through barriers.
  • Data Dynamo: Leverage data analytics to predict emerging trends identify highpotential franchise locationsand personalize outreach strategies for maximum impact. Turn data into actionable insights.
