Property Manager

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management vendor management and fitouts

• CTC: 40000 INR per month

1. Project Management:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of propertyrelated projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

1. Vendor Management:

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors for property services.

1. FitOuts:

• Coordinate and manage fitout projects as required.
• Ensure the property meets design and quality standards.

1. Financial Management:

• Manage budgets related to projects and property maintenance.
• Ensure costeffective solutions are implemented.

1. Local Expertise:

• Leverage your knowledge of the Mahalaxmi area to make informed decisions.
• Build strong relationships with local businesses and community members.

1. Hospitality Industry Experience:

• Utilize your background in the hospitality industry to enhance property management.
• Implement best practices from the hospitality sector in project and vendor management.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management vendor management and fitouts.
• Strong understanding of propertyrelated processes and operations.
• Background in the hospitality industry is preferred.
