Senior Investment Products Attorney - New York

We are partnering with a prominent asset management firm seeking a seasoned investment management attorney for their New York office. You will play a key role in diverse fund formation endeavors and associated initiatives.

Tasks

As part of your daytoday responsibilities you will collaborate with the firms investment business development and investor relations teams. Your primary focus will involve the development and launch of innovative investment products. Youll be instrumental in negotiating terms with potential clients and investors providing ongoing advice on existing product lines and offering guidance to the Corporate Development group on new investment strategies business lines and various opportunities.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with eight or more years of pertinent experience gained either at a law firm or inhouse. Essential requirements include a solid background in private funds (open or closedend) and familiarity with relevant segments of key investment management laws and regulations. Experience with managed accounts is considered advantageous.

Benefits

The anticipated annual base salary for this position ranges from $250000 to $350000 plus bonus and benefits.
